I dont want to get started on the frustration they have caused my business over that time. I was very close to doing the exact same thing you are. I would probably find it hard to be as "polite" as you. The public (small business esp) deserve to know how unprofessional and careless they really are. It's not just a once off either, its been going on for years. Keep up the good work, dont ever delete this website.
