I have never experienced such terrible service. They deleted my site for 6 days, then recovered an old version that was missing all our new products and all sales data. We have missed out on over $1,000 in lost sales and will have to spend that much again updating the site. Never, ever use MD Web Hosting - they are the worst company I have ever deal with. Their support takes several weeks to get back to you even when you do add a ticket! I recently bought web hosting and I regret it! What a waste of time! Their ticket system sucks, they take several weeks to get back to you and who can afford to sit on the phone for hours!
