The following is my 1st attempt at contacting them. I had started to upload the font site at this stage and the site went off line. I rang them to see how long before it would go back online and I was on hold for 1 Hours and 5 minutes. This I found to be the same every time I rang them and never was able to get hold of their support system.
Ok I thought fair enough its nearly xmas lots of staff on holiday others out partying. So I didn’t think anything else of it.
1hour 5 minutes on hold

Dear Tony,
Sorry about the delay; recent events and an unexpected growth rate in the christmas period really stretched our staff past capacity.
We’ll try and have things back to normal by the new year, our aim is of course to answer calls within the first few minutes.
We have gone through your issue and please let us know the exact issue you are having so that we can investigate it further.
Please let us know if you need anything else.
Regards,
MD WebHosting
Tony

RANDOM THOUGHTS, QUOTES & JOKES
I built a site for my client she was very happy with it, few weeks later she called me up because GOD-oogle had placed a warning on the site and so no one could access the site.
I later found out after hours of investigation on my part that my hosting provider and i'll shame them mdwebhosting.com.au (AKA crap) had their FTP compromised and someone had put some code on the site.(it happened to loads of other sites as well)
anyway. Google banned it straight away;
