This is a bit of old news and I have seen various other mentions of MD being hacked but here is the full version as written by Australia IT News which is a part of The Australian newspaper.

RANDOM THOUGHTS, QUOTES & JOKES

I built a site for my client she was very happy with it, few weeks later she called me up because GOD-oogle had placed a warning on the site and so no one could access the site.

I later found out after hours of investigation on my part that my hosting provider and i'll shame them mdwebhosting.com.au (AKA crap) had their FTP compromised and someone had put some code on the site.(it happened to loads of other sites as well)
anyway. Google banned it straight away;

    Hello,

    I sent you an email regarding your site some time ago in which I did not receive a response.

    I can understand you have faced a variety of issues since late 2007 as we previously had security and server reliability problems during that period. You may knock the company and your entitled to your opinion but we have invested highly in our staff and building our new infrastructure in effort to provide a premium service at our low prices and since we have maintained and will maintain 100% uptime.

    If you wish to contact me regarding your issues or the problems you faced with the company you are quite welcome to.

    Regards,

    Hi Mark,
    I have already spent plenty of time trying to get you guys to fix the problems I did have with you. I cannot say any more what your company is like because after you deleted my account before my term had expired. My logs as of the last backup I had before you terminated me showed your servers reliability was still a problem.
